Pre-packaged services have pre-defined scopes of work, and tend to be jobs that don’t have much variability. Custom requests require estimates, and are generally larger projects or jobs with more variability.
How will customers find me and book my services?
Customers can find your services by searching their own neighborhood sites where they can view your business profile page and learn more about your business.
Can I specify specific areas where I offer my services?
Yes. You can select specific neighborhoods to precisely define your coverage areas.
How much will it cost me?

When I sign up, am I locked in for a certain period of time?
There is no set time commitment to sell your products or services. You can walk away at any time.
How do I know when I receive a lead?
When a customer submits a request, we’ll notify you via email or text and you’ll be able to review the provided leads from your local area, and then buy leads that you’d like to bid on.
The maximum number of businesses that can bid on any lead is 4. This gives you the best chance of placing winning bids on some of the most competitive leads that want to purchase from you!
How do Leads work?
Leads in your category are emailed to your business. Typically, only three businesses can purchase each lead, on a first come first serve basis. If a lead is not purchased, it will expire after 24 hours. Once purchased, you will receive the customer’s contact information. Likewise, the customer will receive your business information.

What information about the lead will I see prior to purchase?
You will have access to information about the description of work, the customer’s neighborhood and the desired timeframe to have work completed. Based on this information, you will be able to better gauge if you would like to purchase the lead and unlock the customer’s contact information.
